When your wife arrives at the airport please make sure to go to the tourist information desk at the 1st floor and get some help to call the taxi company that I mentioned.
As I mentioned this Sung-San area local taxi is much much cheaper than any other Jeju city taxies.
The company name is Dong-Sung Taxi and the telephone number is 080-080-8200.
Tell her to ask them to call the taxi company and she wants to go to Sung-San Sunrising House which is "성산포 해뜨는 집" in Korean.
