That one is 16pyung(double room), one is 18pyung(quad) and the other is 20pyung room(quad).
The original prices for 16pyung is 80,000won, 18pyung is 130,000won, 20pyung is 150,000won
but I can give a special price for you thise time.
16pyung is 60,000won, 18pyung is 80,000, 20pyung is 100,000
