-예약 문의시 성명, 전화번호, 이메일, 이용기간, 인원수를 정확히 기재해 주세요.
-예약을 원하실때면 예약금(객실료의 30%~50%)입금시에 예약 확정되며
입실 전날까지 입금이 안될시는 자체 취소되므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.

-온라인 입금시 예약하신분과 송금자 성명이 다른경우 필히
연락해 주셔야 예약확인 가능합니다.
-예약 취소시 예약금 환불안내
*일주일전 취소시 : 예약금 100%환불.
*일주일 이내 취소시 : 예약금 80%환불.
*하루전 취소시 : 예약금 50%환불.
*당일 취소시 : 당일취소는 환불 안됨.
